The challenge in the design process is to construct spaces and environments for childhood that both functionally and aesthetically reflect and support a specific image of the child: one that is competent, an explorer, and possessing a hundred languages and great abilities.

BLUR THE LINES . NATURAL FINISHES . LAB WINDOW
PEEK . WATER ATELIER . COLOURED LIGHT . EDUCATIONAL GARDEN

The co-presence of diverse “languages”:

digital, analogical, words, signs, psycho- motor, art, science, biology, chemistry and dance

which are all languages participating in the same adventure of growth and self-learning in children.

The environment, which we take to be the totality of spatial and sensory qualities,

including architecture, furnishings, and immaterial qualities such as color, light, materials, and acoustics,

can determine the nature of the pedagogical project.

The circular shape of the space strengthens its unity as a special place in the school where special activities in groups are experienced.
This laboratory space should be recognizable from the outside due to its shape.
His positioning on the Square allows it to communicate to other users / school parents the richness of the experiences taking place inside.
